Priorities

No time to blog because:

1) Appraisal time! It's taking me forever to fill in the forms. Why can't they just give me the money? I'm worth it dammit!
*deletes blog url from history folder*

2) Researching two major trips planned for next year.

3) Micro-planning a pre-Christmas party.

4) Playing with snowie. See below.

Love is in the air: GingerBoy meets GingerGirl.
See GingerGirl's pretty dress.

GingerBoy and GingerGirl head for the forest.
Yoohoo, where are youuuuu?

Gingerboy discovers GingerGirl's dark side.
Apparently, GingerGirl prefers bikinis and group loving.

Wah, almost too cute to eat - almost. Gingergirl's legs go all kangkang when she wears a dress, huh?

heeheehee... gingerbread making is FUN! cant wait for tonight for more... damn WORKING FOR A LIVING keeps getting in the way of play!

i suppose gingerboy should be glad it wasn't a reverse situation, where fun-loving bikinigirl turns into a mumu-wearing ah soh after a stroll in the woods...

ah, comments appeared already.

wandernut - as a matter of curiosity, how much is the coffeebean one (and for what size)? thinking of making these for a charity drive this coming weekend.

jay - trust you to notice that gingergirl is actually a cross-dressing boy... (could not find gingerbread girl cookie cutters!)

wandernut - Interesting. I tend to prefer amputation to decapitation. :D

Snowie did the hard work of baking, iced the hearts and placed all the decorative bits. I just played with icing and drew lines!

jay - You MUST appreciate the irony of having to stick extra bits btwn GingerGirl's legs so that she could wear her pretty dress!

snowie - This was a cookie recipe right? I like them this way. GingerBREAD is so...lauhong tasting.

Tonight I shall make SpeedoBoy!

Hmmm...blogger appears to be acting up again. Let's see whether posting this comment makes the immediately preceding one appear.

Can't seem to delete jay's double comment either.

Snowie: A gingerbread man the size of my palm (which is of average size) is selling for RM5.90 at CB. Relatively reasonable. But it's 'lauhong' tasting, dry and cardboard-like. Not enuff molasses maybe. Ginger-people should get molassed more often :D kekeke

ANYWAY, if it's for charity, RM10 a piece is fair, me thinks. Some more you put icing wor! CB's icing bare minimum only. Boring wan. Where is your charity drive? I come 'pong chan'.

whoaaaa...too cute to be eaten! i'd love more drama out of them though... where's the dialogue? ;P

i actually...NEVER tasted a gingerbread before... can i have one, plsss?

thanks wandernut! but eer...aar.... i may not actually make these for the charity drive after all... since we're having a party on fri, we're a bit short of time to make and dress these boys and girls!

instead, may bake some gingerbread muffins. it's for sthg organised by the damansara soroptomists - nilai cancer hospital cancer fund, to aid poor women with breast cancer... i'm helping a friend make sthg, but wont be there. oh, the booth will be on the 10th floor of times square on sunday - times sq on sunday!! no wild horses would drag me there week before xmas!!... but anyone (lotsachi?) wanting to sample gingerbread, go there ;)

I like the look of your gingerbread cookies - I'm making them this weekend - using the recipe from Martha Stewart's website - Hope it'll turn out as fun-looking as yours did!
