The frequency of leg shaking multiplied by the number of posts written at work equals to the sum total of written words required to be produced for the boss.
An ass-biting karma package. Oh woe.
My brain is currently out of commission, so I’ll borrow the best line to come out of America’s Next Top Model (Cycle 5) – yes, my current interests are that low-brow – courtesy of Lisa of The Perpetual Insobriety:-
Take a break.
Eat a cookie.
Oh Lisa, you were robbed.
Anyway, I’m having an oaty one right now, even though oats are for horses.
And a dieting pig, apparently.
Speaking of whom …
Go look at the pretty pictures. And get an idea of how fat we are in real life. On that subject, we recently met up with a friend who’s got a 16 week-old bun in her oven. As all newly pregged women are wont to do, Oven Girl was bemoaning about how huge her tummy had grown.
I told her that it looked normal to me.
Then Snowie said, “No, you can’t use
Ouch.
So. Oaty biscuits it is for me then.
Breaktime over. Back to work.

hahaha... today, i went to tapau rice for lunch, and only remembered i was supposed to be eating oats when i came back up to the office. so - that's 2 days of oaty lunches in 11 days. hardly a successful attempt.
*said whilst munching on a brownie*
yucks! i hate oats.. can't swallow them..
Oats? Not my very fav thing. How is this horse food diet suppose to work? I have a jelly belly that needs a tummy tuck. No amount of dieting will help me.*sob*
Akcherly, I NEVER noticed your how huge your tummies are, yours and Snowie's until you pointed it out.(Not that it was THAT badlah like mine!) So....the moral of this story is not to draw attention to your tummies. The end!
p/s; At least, your tummies have no ugly stretchmarks....*sob* I kenot wear bikini oredi!!!
i recently lost 8 kgs in 11 days. the first two days were hell, but after that it got better.
gawd, i hate oats. oatmeal biscuits are fine, but not cooked oats like those quaker mush.

snowie: i went on a 14-days detox plan. it's not easy, but with strong enough willpower it can be done. and the results are worth it.
let me know if you're seriously interested.
Yeah, I eat oats every morning and I still look the same. Hopefully my arteries are getting declogged tho.
But I love nestum! You ever try them in cookies?
paul
hedo, i saw on your blog that it involved carrots. so no thanks.. i can't bear the taste of most raw (and some cooked!) carrots in malaysia. but congrats on the success!
paul, nestum cookies? bleuurg :S
SPOT: sorry ah, i hog your comment box.
I like oaty cookies, but hate all cereals. What's wrong with nasi lemak for breakfast, huh?
I honestly can't decide which is worse - having a fat tummy or having a baby.
It's OK to live to eat, as long as you're not overdoing it ;P
Good luck in your slimming program, whatever that may be, spot and snowie!
I like oat bars! And goats too.. I mean goats like oats... There is nothing like a good box of Honey Bunch gOats.....
